Antonina Shevchenko
Antonina Shevchenko, an Kyrgyzstani Muay-Thai MMA fighter from Peru, and mixed martial artist who is who is a part of UFC. UFC in the Flyweight Division is currently a Kyrgyzstani. She is the elder sister of her fellow UFC fighter and ex- UFC Flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko. Antonina Shevchenko, a Muay Thai kickboxer, began her fight sports career at her first IFMA World Championship Tournament. Shevchenko took the title by unanimously defeating Suzane Miller. Antonina received a gold medal in 2007, a silver medal in 2008, a silver in 2007 and an award of bronze in 2008, and a gold medal gold in the year 2011. She was also crowned IFMA World Amateur Muay Thai Champion of 2016 by IFMA. Antonia has started her career as a professional in 2003, won in 2012 and 2016, the International Lion Fight Lightweight championships. The WMC World Championships were also held in 2016, and she won the 2016 IFMA Muay Thai World Champion. Antonina's last fight was against Isa Tiedblad Keskikangas, who was fighting at the Phoenix Fighting Championship. The winner was with a majority. Antonina Schevchenko broke her professional MMA records in 2002, when she faced Anara Bazanova at KFK Cup in Kyrgystan. She won the fight in the second round by TKO and also won her subsequent 2-fights at WXF: X-Impact World Championships 2003, accumulating an overall record of 3-0. Shevchenko took a break from MMA to focus on kickboxing. She made her comeback against Anissa Haddaoui during Phoenix FC 3 in 2017. Shevchenko won against Anissa with a unanimous vote before she fought Valerie Domergue in Phoenix FC 4. She quit the promotion and began Dana White's Contender Series 2018. Shevchenko was matched against Jaimelene Nievera in Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11, Antonina showed off her power of striking by tying Nievera with knees. In the aftermath of this fight, Antonina received a UFC deal. Antonina Shychenko debuted for the UFC at the Heavy Hitters event of TUF finals, where she faced Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko won the unanimous decision, but she was defeated in her next fight by Roxanne Modafferi in a split decision. Antonina bounced off the loss and fought Lucie Prudilova's fight in UFC on ESPN Covingtonvs. Lawler by submitting a rear naked choke. It was the best fight of night for this fight. Shevchenko lost to Katlyn and Andrea Lee in three of her subsequent fights. She fought Ariane Lipski but she was also defeated by Ariane. Antonina is currently being defeated by Casey O'Neill in UFC Fight Night Santos Walker.
