Molly Tarlov

Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011. She is known best for playing Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward - a teen drama comedy television series. Tarlov has a family in Manhattan as the middle among two girls. She started her career at the age of 10 when she was Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was a huge success with seven grade students. As she got older she went to summer camps at Interlochen Center for the Arts and in Paris taking classes at NYU's Tisch. The actress trained in a variety of acting styles and received her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Bennington College. The school she attended was The Atlantic Theater Company and found a way to incorporate writing into her acting during The LAByrinth Theater Master Class. Molly swapped her winter coat in exchange for glasses in black, and set off towards Los Angeles. In no time, she was cast in a 3 word role in iCarly and was able to draw the curiosity by her parents. She has since done several television appearances and developed the role of Caitlin on Winnie Holzman, Savannah Dooley's ABC's Family series Huge. Molly is known to claim that she's a pro basketball player despite the fact that it's far from the case. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
